After a career operating internationally in Senior HR Executive roles, my objective is to support businesses with the challenges of organisational change through interim HR management and executive coaching. The business was established after recognising the market need for HR consulting expertise in complex assignments involving structural change and talent management. I enjoy working collaboratively with leaders and teams across different organisations in response to evolving market conditions.

My experience of supporting multi-faceted business transformations and partnering with clients to add real value to people solutions, enables a company to achieve measurable results. I bring a business focus gained through 25 years of leading significant international merger and acquisition projects on transformation and cultural change. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights with leaders and teams. I offer a fresh perspective and authenticity attuned to the nuances of developing organisations.

Stephen Gillespie

Following an international business and finance career after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, I enjoy the positive aspects of managing and supporting projects for a variety of different clients. Having spent most of my career overseas, my role within Beckworth Consulting is to underpin the commercial aspects of the business and structure of client solutions.

My commercial background in sales and finance, extensive project management and systems process experience has provided me the foundation to support the business. Managing projects through to a successful completion and working with clients to achieve a positive outcome is extremely rewarding.
